Grant applications are assessed by the State War Memorials Committee, which is compromised of senior representatives of the RSL, NSW Public Works, Heritage NSW and the NSW Office for Veterans Affairs.
Applications for the next round opened on April 22 and will close at 11pm on June 25, 2025 with the announcement of successful applicants expected on October 31.
