Women’s A Grade to defend against Orange

Cowra Women's A Grade team will begin their defence of their undefeated premiership this weekend in Orange against last years runners up.

What a team to start our season against.

The girls are pumped and cant wait to get back on the pitch.

We have been training really hard this season and started fitness pre season quite early so I think we are in a really really good place to be starting the season this weekend.

We have a number of our girls from last years returning along with a few new faces which is always nice.

Our coach is Mitchell Thompson, Manager is Erin McAuliffe and captain is Courtney Booth.

We have made a point this year of working on our match fitness and fatigue as we know we are the team to beat and the others are all going to be gunning for us.

There are 10 teams in our comp this year including a couple of new ones which is always exciting.
